Here are a few answers from my most frequently asked questions...
Essential Oils
Can I ingest essential oils?
Before I answer, I am referring to dōTERRA oils only.
If a dōTERRA essential oil has 'TO USE: for food flavouring' on the bottle, it is safe to ingest/consume.
Why do you only recommend doTERRA essential oils?
Shop doTERRA Essential OilsWhere do I start? From my research, the essential oil industry is very corrupt! There are no specific guidelines that have to be adhered to regarding the purity of the oils. Even synthetic oils are allowed to be called 'pure'!
If you search online for 'essential oils' and you find a bargain, please note that these are probably toxic, or have additives or other ingredients that you're not aware of, and are not pure. If you'd like to investigate further for yourself, ask the company/seller for the data sheet with a list of the ingredients that they use.
This is why I only recommend dōTERRA, because they are from farm to bottle, and this is proven by their official data sheets.
Castor Oil
Can I use castor oil neat on my skin?
Castor Oil BlogYes of course.
Castor oil draws out toxins from your body, so if you start using it and feel a bit rubbish/cold or flu-like symptoms, it's because you're giving yourself a mini detox! Try reducing the frequency of applying to every few days, then build up from there.

Do I have to dilute castor oil?
No, castor oil is a carrier oil so you don't need to. If you'd like it to be a thinner consistency, you can mix it with another oil such as jojoba or sweet almond oil.
Can I use castor oil when pregnant?
Avoid using castor oil internally when you're pregnant, as this can induce labour. Consult with a healthcare professional before using castor oil packs or applying it topically.

Refined or Unrefined butters?
Refined means the product has been stripped of colour and scent, but has a longer shelf life.
Unrefined means the product is its natural, raw self with all the healing properties in tact.

What is your return policy?
Your orders are sent straight to my production partner based in the UK, printed, then shipped straight to you.
I do not hold inventory, so please get in touch here before you wish to return an item, within 14 days of receiving your goods (but as soon as possible to rectify the situation quickly for you).
Please retain your proof of postage when posting your items back. Buyers are responsible for covering the return postage.
Can I exchange sizes?
Please read the size guides carefully before you order.
If your size is way off, please let me know via this contact form here with your order number.
I do not hold inventory, so please get in touch here before you wish to return an item. Please include your order number and I'll get back to you via email.
My item has arrived faulty
Although rare, your product may arrive damaged. Please get in contact via the form here as soon as you can with your order number and I'll be in touch.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Everything except essential oils are shipped worldwide.
The essential oils that are listed in my shop that are from doTERRA are UK only.

How long does delivery take?
Please allow up to 3-8 working days for production and the following amount of time for delivery:
UK 3 - 5 days
EU 5 - 10 days
International 10 - 20 days
This doesn't include the essential oils, as they come stright from doTERRA.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for payment methods, so most credit cards and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
Once you get to the checkout, just enter your card details and the system will automatically detect which card you're using. Clever eh!
Will my payment be secure?
Absolutely. We use a secure payment system called Stripe.
A secure payment system (SPS) is a specialised infrastructure that ensures the safe processing and transmission of financial transactions, particularly in digital spaces, and is important for mitigating risks such as fraud and unauthorised access.
They are used worldwide and are one of the best, and most used, payment systems.
I put a wrong delivery address
Unless it's a digital product, your order is automatically sent straight to my production partners to be created. There is minimal time to adjust an address if you have entered it incorrectly, however please get in touch with me as soon as you can here and I'll try my best to put things right.
You may have to pay an additional shipping fee if the goods are already in production.
